This report summarises the results of1 the staff satisfaction survey carried out at Minh Phat Logistics in September 2026. A total of 150 employees took part, and the aim was to identify which aspects of work need improvement.
Overall, staff were positive about their working conditions. The office environment received the highest rating2, with 80% of respondents saying they were satisfied. Similarly, 72% were happy with the support they receive from their managers.
However, the results for workload were far less encouraging3. Only 35% of employees were satisfied, while 40% expressed dissatisfaction, the highest figure in the survey. Training opportunities also scored relatively low, with fewer than half of staff4 (41%) satisfied. Salary and benefits fell in the middle, at 48%.
Based on these findings, it is recommended that5 the company review how tasks are distributed between teams and consider hiring temporary staff during peak seasons. In addition, a clear training plan for each department would help to raise satisfaction in this area.
