AWhen a client questions why a service costs a certain amount, simply repeating the price again rarely convinces anyone. Showing numbers that explain the price, however, often changes the conversation completely.
BFor example, instead of just saying "this plan saves you time," showing an estimate like "this plan saves about six hours of work each week" gives the client something concrete to compare against the cost.
CComparing the price to a client's own numbers, such as current costs or lost time from an existing problem, makes the proposal feel personal rather than like a general sales pitch sent to every potential client.
DThis approach does require more preparation before the meeting, since vague or exaggerated numbers can damage trust quickly once a client checks them. Data used in a proposal should always be realistic and easy to explain if questioned.
